As an ISO 27001 accredited company we know that security is paramount and our solutions all operate on the latest security protocols.

• External security is paramount so all communications with branches, remote/home workers, clients and others are encrypted using industry standard SSL and VPN encryption techniques.

• Clients can access their cases to check on progress, send new cases, messages and instructions (put on hold, return, etc) via a private web site that uses industry standard SSL encryption.

• Agents and bailiffs can access data in the field on the doorstep again using SSL encryption to secure the data.

• Branch and remote/home workers use a high performance VPN which uses a number of rotating encryption schemes and/or SSL encryption.

Product security and access is role based

• You define the roles (operator, cashier, etc) in your company and the functions that each role is allowed to access.

• You then allocate roles to your staff and they are then allowed or denied access to functions and information as dictated by their roles.
