We like listening, so once we’ve heard how you run your business we will look at which modules are best suited to meet your unique objectives.


Once ordered we will create an implementation plan, appoint your day to day contact (normally the person who ran the demonstration to provide continuity) and they will work with you to produce the processes/workflows you require and associated letters and forms during the commissioning period.


We will provide the required training so you are up and running quickly and smoothly, explain the standard import, export, query and reports facilities and show you how to work with our support system so your questions are answered promptly.


Our licence fees include ongoing support after the system is live, including:

  • Monitoring for pre-fail warning such as high temperatures, recovered/soft disk errors etc.
  • Powerful diagnostic tools to identify issues promptly.

Leading to fewer on site visits, faster support response times and virtually zero unplanned down-time for our clients.
