Transparent Pricing
Each of our modules has a clear 'base' price along with a per-user fee. Included in these fees are an Enterprise class database and the client access licences meaning the price we quote is the price you pay to implement our solutions. We also offer a hosted solution which frees you from the capital spend for the database/application server ongoing maintenance, backup responsibilities and periodic hardware renewal.
Budget & plan with confidence
We will agree a scheduled approach identifying where your resources are required, your training requirements and where you want us to be involved and detail all of the costs involved. Our pricing is totally transparent so you can plan your budget with confidence.
Fully supported
In the first year we assist your staff to learn how to use, create and maintain forms, import filters, export formats, etc so they become self sufficient and we're available to check and balance when needed. Alternatively you can use our consulting team to refresh and upgrade your forms as necessary or sign up for our Concierge Service.
Our licence fees include ongoing product related support and annual refresher courses for the nominated support contacts.
Our minimum contract period is 12 months with one months notice thereafter. Monthly payment is offered to those paying by standing order or bank to bank and where credit terms are adhered to. Normal payment terms are quarterly in advance.
